Reflection
This class taught me the importance of understanding fabric, fit, and construction, which are essential skills for any stylist. I learned how different materials drape and move, allowing me to make informed choices when curating outfits. The hands-on experience with pattern making and alterations also enhanced my eye for detail, allowing me to envision how a garment can be transformed to suit an individual’s style and fit.
